Here are the manufactures of long rods (130.3) you can identify our crank  long rod cranks require spacer to install our cylinder kits Here are the manufactures of short rod (125.3 ) short rod do not need a spacer for cylinders kits Here is a trx7 310 sleeve and a trx9 310 sleeve most of the power that comes from the  cylinder comes from port design and port timing its not so much from the smoothness( most engine builder dont wont you to know this is how they make money) we c.n.c. the port windows on the machining center to a 7 or a 9 port they will run very good  without porting and poishing because the port timing is done in the machine more accurate than hand porting so we designed the cylinder to need very little porting and we c.n.c machine the port windows we owen all the tooling to do the casting of the cylinder we use a great fondery here in the  u.s.a.  we machine the head and dome here at esr thats why we can offer a great price

The C.E.O is a revolutionary design to the modern 2stroke motor. The design has been worked on, developed and redesigned many times since the 80’s when ESR first tested it.
Don’t understand it? Well here is a quick laymen’s description of what’s going on.
On a 2 stroke during the up stroke fresh fuel/air is pushed out the exhaust. It’s the expansion chambers job to push that fresh charge back into the combustion chamber. This is where matching the pipe to the porting is so important. With the C.E.O. dished piston top, instead of pushing that fresh charge out the exhaust it forces it into the center of the piston. This is optimizing the efficiency of your fuel/air charge when it’s “off the pipe” allowing the motor to still run optimal even when your not in the Goldilocks zone of the pipe and porting matching perfect. This drastically broadens the powerband, and truly turns your bigbore kit into the “4 stroke killer”
