Here is a trx7 310 sleeve and a trx9 310 sleeve most of the power that comes from the cylinder comes from port design and port timing its not so much from the smoothness( most engine builder dont wont you to know this is how they make money) we c.n.c. the port windows on the machining center to a 7 or a 9 port they will run very good without porting and poishing because the port timing is done in the machine more accurate than hand porting so we designed the cylinder to need very little porting and we c.n.c machine the port windows we owen all the tooling to do the casting of the cylinder we use a great fondery here in the u.s.a. we machine the head and dome here at esr thats why we can offer a great price
